Since beginning my career in 1988—and throughout the past 24 years building Intellera —two constants have remained in my life: a love of music and a commitment to giving back.

For years, I’ve dreamed of finding a way to combine those two passions into something that could make a lasting difference. Today, I’m excited to introduce Chords4Change, an initiative that brings that vision to life.

Chords4Change was founded on a simple belief: music has the power to inspire, connect, and unite people around a common purpose. Our mission is to harness that power by creating exceptional music-driven fundraising events and developing music-based programs that support organizations working to prevent homelessness and other social challenges, provide emergency support, and help people rebuild their lives.

By partnering with organizations on the front lines of these efforts, we will raise vital funds, build awareness, inspire greater community engagement, and strengthen the important work they do every day.

Our first initiative is “Music with a Mission”, an annual benefit concert event that brings together music lovers, community members, businesses, volunteers, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of live entertainment in support of a worthy cause. I’m proud to share that our inaugural event will take place on November 25, 2026, with all proceeds benefiting Montreal’s Old Brewery Mission and its vital work preventing homelessness, providing emergency support, and helping people rebuild their lives.

While I continue leading Intellera, I’m excited to dedicate some of my personal time to growing Chords4Change alongside an outstanding team of volunteers who share this vision.

I’m deeply grateful to the volunteers, partners, musicians, sponsors, and supporters who have helped bring Chords4Change to life. This is only the beginning.
